Friday Fun!

//1//

This is all I've wanted to do the entire week. I had a jammed packed 5 days in Nashville, arrived home on Monday night, and immediately went back to work on Tuesday morning. My bed and I will be getting reacquainted with each other this weekend. I've only gotten by because of YLEO En-R-Gee!

While I'll be ready to check out my husband and dog will be like...

I don't think so.

//2// Jared Wade.

He's the next big thing in Country music. I had the privilege of seeing him play at The Listening Room when I was in Nashville. Check him out! He's phenomenal! Jared's EP Drunk on Sunshine has great feel-good songs for summer. I've been listening to it non stop since I've gotten home. My favorite song "I Knew." I'm such a sucker for a love song.

 //3// I had a blast with my younger sister in Nashville. I'd hadn't seen her since November so this trip was long over due. I feel so blessed to have had this vacation to make memories with her! Can't wait to share more of our trip with you on Monday.

//4//

Please tell me someone else is watching this!? It's the craziest and most entertaining show EVER! Here's the scoop:
Married at First Sight is an extreme social experiment following six brave souls who are yearning for a life-long partnership as they agree to a provocative proposal: getting legally married the moment they first meet. Four specialists – sexologist, Dr. Logan Levkoff; spiritualist, Greg Epstein; psychologist, Dr. Joseph Cilona; and sociologist, Dr. Pepper Schwartz – will create what they believe are three perfect couples, based on scientific matchmaking. The couples will never meet or know each other until they walk down the aisle and see each other face to face, for the first time, when they get married. Each episode of “Married at First Sight” will follow the classic lifestyle stories of newlyweds – from the honeymoon to early nesting to other relatable events of married life. After several weeks together, each couple must make a decision: do they remain together or decide to separate?

 //5// I read to relax. I'm currently reading The Finishing Touches by Hester Browne. She writes really cute, fun books! Check her out!

Have a great weekend!

  6. Girl I bet you are excited after going back to work first thing Tuesday morning. I am dragging too. I have only been to Nashville once, and I loved it. Such a fun city. I have heard of that marriage show, but have not watched it. Did any of the couples actually stay married?

  9. What an awesome vacation! My husband and I have talked about visiting Nashville many times, but haven't made it there yet. I am hopeful we will soon. That show looks like so much fun, but I don't think we get the channel. :( It let me set it up on my DVR to record so I will have to wait and see what happens on Tuesday night. Hester Browne is one of my favorite authors. I didn't know she had a new book out. Thanks for the heads up. I've already bought it for my Nook. :) :)
