Homemade Frosty Paws

As most of you know, my Scout turned 5 last week! I always make sure he has an amazing time on his birthday – complete with treats and presents! If you haven't heard of Frosty Paws it's delicious dog ice cream that I let Scout enjoy from time to time! It's always a hit in our house!
