What You'll Need
2 cups of heavy cream
14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
8 ounces of strawberry jam
What You'll Need to Do
In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks (about 3 minutes).
In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and strawberry jam.
Fold whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
Pour the mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan.
Cover and freeze immediately for 4-5 hours or until firm.
