Monday Madness Link Up 8.10.15 + Giveaway

Today starts my second week of work! I have to report that the first week was pretty amazing. I had corporate training for 2 1/2 days and was at my office for 2 1/2 days. I already feel pretty comfortable at my house. So far I love the ladies that I work with. They have been so welcoming and super helpful. At 31 I'm the youngest which is a really nice change after spending 5 months in school with mostly 19-22 year olds.


So my weekend was pure relaxation. I rolled out of bed Saturday morning and went and got a hair cut. Afterwards I ran a few errands which included going to Target where I picked up some super cute (and much needed) sleepwear!


Nick, Scout, and I spent the rest of the weekend cuddling and watching TV and movies. Nick even made blueberry pancakes on Sunday!


We found this really amazing show The Americans. Not too long ago I signed up for Amazon Prime Student and we're able to stream it. I had heard of it before and always wanted to watch it. So good. I'm six episodes in and it's uh-may-zing.


Keri Russell kills it as a Soviet spy posing as a normal American wife and mom. And seriously, how cute is she? I think she's gorgeous.

    Glad things are going so well at the new job and yay for relaxing weekends. Doesn't it just make you feel like a queen when he makes breakfast? David will make muffins on the weekends a lot and it's so fun!

    I'm in love with that sleepwear!! I always love your kitchen. I love Kerri Russell, I really fell in love with her in Felicity (even though she played that nutcase that followed a crush to NYU).

    OMGG the Americans is SO GOOD! I watched 2 seasons in 2 weeks and seriously wanted to sign up for karate classes so I could be as badass as keri!

    Glad to hear that work is going well. I watched the first 5 episodes of the Americans and then lost interested. I thought it was good but then somehow it just didn't interest me.
