DIY Makeup Brush Cleaner

This is the easiest concoction you will ever make. It only contains two products and will save you TONS of money because you won't need to purchase expensive brush shampoo.

You will need:

1 teaspoon of dish soap (your choice)

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1 plate

how it works:

1. Combine dish soap and olive oil on a plate or in a dish. I use a paper plate for easy disposal.
   
2. Swirl your brush in the mixture. You will visibly see the makeup come off the brush and onto the plate.
   
3. Rinse the brush under running water until the water runs clear.
   
4. Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3 for heavily used brushes.
   
5. Allow the brush to dry before using it again. I leave mine on a paper towel overnight.

It's that simple! Clean brushes in a snap and you're on your way to a healthier face!
