//2// Some bloggers are switching gears to Fall. I'm so not ready for that. Summer came late here and it hasn't been that warm. All this week we've seen morning temps in the 50s. Bummer. Although I'm not ready for Fall, I am looking forward to two things - sweatshirts and Biggby Coffee.

//3// Yesterday I took the afternoon off from work to take Scout to the vet. I also made time for a pedicure and facial. Let's just say #amazing.

This pretty much sums up my attitude all week. Good thing I took yesterday afternoon and this upcoming Monday off. I need some alone time.

I agree with you - I love fall, but I'm not ready to let summer go yet! A day off work and a mani/pedi sounds Amazing! Hope you have a good weekend girl!

ReplyDeleteThe summer has been very mild here also. I love fall...it's my favorite season...but I am not looking forward to summer ending and school beginning. *sigh* Trying to be positive, but as it gets closer it gets harder. Hope puppy is feeling OK.

Little Scout is great. He had to go in for his annual visit and some booster shots. All went well!

ReplyDeleteChicago just hasn't been nice at all with this cooler summer season this year so I've just accepted the fact that it'll be fall soon and I'm excited haha. I got to take the afternoon off of work yesterday too and it was SO full of win! Cheers to the weekend girl!! :D

ReplyDeleteI totally agree with the whole fall thing. Its coming wayyyy too soon. On the other hand I love comfy sweaters, scarves and darker lip colors so I guess i'll try and embrace it!

This has been the weirdest summer... I almost feel like it didn't really happen because the weather has been so cool! I do love fall but I h-a-t-e what comes AFTER fall... I never want winter again, ha!
