Grandmommie's Pasta Salad

Pasta salad has long been a staple of summer picnics and parties. No one made a pasta salad quite like my grandmother, Barbara. Today I'm sharing her recipe!

What You'll Need:

1 box of tri-color Rotini noodles
1 cucumber
1 head of broccoli
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb of thick sliced deli pepperoni
1 bottle of Italian salad dressing
1 2.25 oz can of slice black olives
1 box of cherry tomatoes

What You'll Need to Do:

Boil the water and cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
Cut up or slice vegetables and pepperoni.
Drain and rinse the black olives
Placed noodles, vegetables, olives, and pepperoni in a large bowl.
Sprinkle in Parmesan cheese.
Add entire bottle of Italian dressing and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve and ENJOY!
