Dinner: Impossible - Mid Week Review

I am now more than half way through my Dinner: Impossible mission. Just like Robert in the picture above I've definitely been working out my culinary muscles. What I've learned so far is that prepping before hand is crucial and I still don't like cooking. However, Nick and I have had some amazing meals so for this week thanks to some amazing recipes! I'm making progress!

Monday: Spinach and Sausage Pasta Bake

1. Getting ready to put together all my pre-prepped ingredients and the cheese!
2. Assembled and ready for the oven!
3. Hot and ready to eat!
4. My love, Nick, ready to enjoy his dinner!

 Tuesday: Chinese Chicken Stir Fry

1. Stir frying the veggies. They smelled awesome!
2. Adding the chicken and the remaining spices.

3. Plated!
4. You can serve this stir fry in tortillas (to make a fajita) or with some rice noodles on top for a nice crunch.

Wednesday: Turkey Meatloaf

1. Since this is only a half a pound of meat it will not take up your whole pan.
2. I served the meatloaf with some canned corn - quick and easy!
3. Best meatloaf pan ever. Drains the grease so your meat isn't cooked in it!
4. Nick said this has been his favorite meal so far this week!
